本体素材には旧式のシャトル織機で超高密度に織った先染めのセルビッチ8 号帆布を使用しており、通常ではヨコ糸を25 本打ち込むところを33 本打ち込むことで、シャトル織機独自の肉厚な素材に仕上げています。また、この素材のもうひとつの特徴でもあるパラフィン加工を施したようなハリ感は、糸を染色した後、特殊なオイルを含浸させることでオイル・パラフィン加工タッチの素材に仕上げています。熟練の職人が撚糸・染色・製織・仕上げの全てを倉敷市児島で行っており、1 日に50m しか織ることのできない大量生産が不可能な素材です。付属素材のクリアフィルムはオカモト株式会社の静岡工場で製造されている国産品のカラーフィルムを使用しています。付属レザーは日本皮革技術協会の13 種の基準がある有害物質検査(JES) 済みで人体に有害な物質・六価クロムを一切使用せず、ベジタブルタンニンで鞣されたエコカウレザーを使用しています。豊富なサイズ展開とオリジナルのロゴテープをアクセントに効かせたユニセックスでお使いいただけるカジュアルテイストのシリーズです。
