Rare DoD Force Protection Equipment Demonstration VII Staff Baseball Style Cap. The first attached high resolution photograph shows the Department of Defense (DoD) Force Protection Equipment Demonstration (FPED) VII Staff White Baseball Style Cap that is being offered. This cap was associated with the FPED VII held at the Stafford Regional Airport， Stafford， VA on 19 - 21 May 2009. The objective of FPED VII was to provide leaders and decision-makers from DoD， Federal Departments and Agencies， and selected Federal， State and local Law Enforcement and agencies the opportunity to observe and become familiar with commercial off the shelf physical security and force protection equipment available for procurement and testing within 90 days of the demonstration. The event was also intended to bring together DoD and Federal leaders from around the world and put them in contact with manufacturers who may have equipment solutions for their physical security and force protection needs. This FPED VII Staff White Baseball Style Cap is brand-new and was never worn， only displayed in my office and later in our smoke free family home. The black letters are embroidered on the front of the white baseball style cap as shown in the first photograph. The cap has a manufacturer tag that contains the text “CAP AMERICA" along with the company's red， white and blue logo. It also contains the text that reads "MADE IN CHINA" as shown in the second attached high resolution photograph. The right and left side views as shown in the third and fourth attached high resolution photographs shows the depth of the cap. The cap is a one size fits all and contains an adjustable strap on the back of the cap as shown in the fifth attached high resolution photograph. This cap was given to me after the demonstration from the FPED VII Project Leader who managed the execution of the demonstration. If you attended the demonstration as an attendee， equipment vendor or Government employee， this is a great opportunity to purchase a FPED VII Staff Baseball Style Cap to commemorate your attendance at this unique security equipment demonstration that was only held bi-annually from 1997 - 2011. If you are a DoD or military collector， this cap represents the change in the way DoD successfully met its warfighter equipment support requirements. I have retained this FPED VII Staff White Baseball Style Cap for over 18 years; however， since my wife and I relocated from Manassas， VA to Fort Myers， FL we no longer have the space to display or indefinitely store all my memorabilia items associated with my Military Service and Professional Physical Security and Force Protection Career. Subsequently， I have decided to post this FPED VII Staff White Baseball Style Cap for sale on eBay. As shown in the previous photographs， this FPED VII Cap is in excellent condition. Note: Photos are an important part of my description; please review all photos before purchasing. If my photos and or description are lacking something of importance， please ask questions prior to purchasing， thanks! Note on Packing: The cap will be packaged in a box to avoid damage during shipping.
