Therefore， it is important to update/verify your shipping address PRIOR to purchase/payment， so that the item will arrive safely at the correct address. Shipping service is available only when shipping is offered and/or quoted as part of the shipping service. When the shipping service is not offered， then the buyer is responsible for the local pickup or arranging his/her own shipping. By purchasing the item， the seller has agreed to cooperate with the shipping service to complete the claim should any damage occur.
